       张有为,教授,博士生导师、硕士生导师,国家级领军人才。本科毕业于沈阳药科大学,获沈阳药科大学“药物化学”和原日本东京医科齿科大学“理学”双博士学位。曾于美国The Burnham Institute和The Salk Institute从事博士后研究;回国前任美国凯斯西储大学医学院药理系长聘正教授。2026年6月全职加入暨南大学药学院

       研究方向聚焦于基因组稳定性维持机制及其在肿瘤发生发展与治疗中的应用,重点解析DNA损伤应答与修复、异染色质相分离调控及微环境应激调控等机制,揭示其在肿瘤演进中的作用。结合遗传学、结构生物学、人工智能与药理学,探索基因组稳定性网络中的新型治疗靶点及抗肿瘤干预策略。已发表SCI论文60余篇,其中中科院一区论文21篇,以第一作者或通讯作者身份发表于Molecular Cell、Nature Communications、Science AdvancesPNASCancer ResearchCell ReportsJournal of Medicinal ChemistryJournal of Biological ChemistryOncogene等国际权威期刊。累计主持科研项目12项,总经费约5,250万元人民币。
