于荣敏,博士,暨南大学二级教授,博士生导师。1982年本科毕业于沈阳药学院(现沈阳药科大学,下同)药学专业,1985年获沈阳药学院生药学硕士学位,1990年获沈阳药学院药物化学博士学位。1993年获聘为沈阳药学院副研究员,1998年任沈阳药科大学教授。2002年作为优秀人才受聘为暨南大学药学院教授,2007年9月至2016年10月担任药学院中药学系系主任,2012年被评聘为暨南大学首批二级教授。现任暨南大学中药生物技术研究所所长、山东省药学科学院首席专家、广州华立科技职业学院兼职教授等。

于荣敏博士近四十年来主要学术贡献为:(1)20世纪90年代初,在中国率先开展了药用植物组织/细胞培养及其活性成分的生物合成与生物转化研究,利用中药生物技术、植物干细胞、植物外泌体等前沿技术和方法先后开展了银杏、长春花、黄花蒿、何首乌、西洋参、红豆杉、喜树等16种药用植物组织/细胞培养及银杏内酯、长春碱、长春新碱、青蒿素、紫衫醇、喜树碱等30多种重要药物分子的生物合成与转化研究;(2)拓展和深化海洋中药研究领域,率先对中药蚶属毛蚶、魁蚶中活性分子及其成药性进行了系统探究,发现了35种新蛋白/多肽/多糖活性成分,并对其进行了结构表征、活性筛选及成药性系列研究;(3)取得国际认可的重大疫情防治研究成果,代表性研究论文“The study of antiviral drugs targeting SARS-CoV-2 nucleocapsid and spike proteins through large-scale compound repurposing”被国际顶刊细胞出版社评定为2021年度最佳论文。

迄今,发表论文300余篇,包括SCI/EI收录论文130余篇;出版专著/教科书21本(主编/副主编中英文专著/教材9部);获授权发明专利15本;承担国家重大专项/重大新药创制、国家自然科学基金等课题20余项;获得省部级以上奖励7项;获得省优秀(科技)工作者、省食品医药行业产学研结合突出贡献专家、暨南大学优秀教师、暨南大学师德标兵等多项荣誉称号。



主要研究方向天然药物活性成分的生物合成和生物转化;中药及天然药物生物活性大分子(多肽、蛋白/多糖)的挖掘与发现;创新药物研究和开发。

 

主要学术与社会兼职:中国药学会生化与生物技术药物专业委员会副主任委员、国家重大新药创制科技重大专项评审专家、国家发展和改革委员会药品价格评审专家、中国中西医结合学会中药学专业委员会委员、中国自然资源学会天然药物资源专业委员会委员、中国生物化学与分子生物学学会海洋生物化学与分子生物学分会第三届理事会理事、山东省药学科学院专家委员会首席专家、广东省中药与天然药物专业委员会副主任委员等。曾任暨南大学药学院中药学系主任。现兼任Pharmacognosy MagazineSCI编委,中文核心期刊《中国生化药物杂志》副主编,《Drug Discoveries & Therapeutics》、《中国中药杂志》、《中草药》、《中药材》、《药物生物技术》、《食品与药品》、《药学研究》等杂志编委。
