谭毅副研究员简介
1. 个人简介:
谭毅,化学生物学博士,副研究员,硕士生导师,2018年2月毕业于香港城市大学化学生物学专业,获博士学位。2018年5月至2021年3月在香港大学化学系李学臣教授课题组从事博士后研究工作,2021年4月入职暨南大学药学院从事教学科研工作,专注于开发新型共价弹头并构建共价小分子片段库,运用化学蛋白质组学技术,发现抗肿瘤的共价药效分子及其相关潜在靶标,推动那些传统方法难以攻克的“无药可及”疾病靶点共价药物先导化合物的发现,为“无药可及”靶点的药物研发提供新的途径,为新靶点的发现提供技术支持。目前,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,广东省自然科学基金面上项目2项;近年来,以第一/通讯作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.,J. Med. Chem., ACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces, Commun. Chem.等本专业领域国际权威期刊发表SCI论文10篇。
