张志民,博士,硕士/博士生导师,研究员。主要从事结构生物学研究,通过解析蛋白质的晶体结构,并结合核磁共振、分子生物学、生物化学、计算机模拟和生物信息学等手段,阐述具有重要生物功能的蛋白质的作用机制。研究方向包括:1)致病因子(effector protein)的结构和作用机制研究;2)表观遗传学中关键蛋白的结构和功能研究;3)天然产物合成相关蛋白和药物小分子的靶标蛋白。近年来以第一作者身份在NatureNature Structural& Molecular BiologyNature PlantsCell Reports等权威期刊发表7篇,并以共同作者在PNASNature CommunicationsPLOS Pathogen等发表论文7篇。
