何蓉蓉，药学专业博士，教授，博士研究生导师，暨南大学中药及天然药物研究所副所长，广东省疾病易感性及中医药研发工程技术研究中心主任。相关研究获得国家重大新药创制、国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金等十余个项目的资助，获得教育部“新世纪杰出人才”、广东省“拔尖人才”、“珠江科技新星”等人才项目。发表论文120余篇，第一/通讯作者SCI论文50余篇，包括Free Radical Bio Med、Mol Neurobiol、Dis Mod Mech、Sci Rep、Mol Nutr Food Res等。研究成果获得中国专利奖、广东省科技进步二等奖、教育部科技进步二等奖、中华医学会三等奖。
