陈卫民,男,教授,博士,博士生导师。现任暨南大学药学院副院长。

陈卫民教授主要从事药物化学和新药研究工作,迄今为止作为课题负责人已承担7项国家自然科学基金和多项省市基金等科研项目;承担和参与了多个新药品种的研制,获国家新药证书5(包括原料药与制剂);曾获军队科技进步奖4项、广东省科技进步奖2项。在国内外学术期刊上发表学术论100余篇,其中SCI收录70余篇。科研兴趣包括细菌抗生素耐药与新型抗耐药菌感染药物的设计与合成;天然活性化合物的结构修饰与构效关系研究;以及计算机辅助药物设计等。目前从事药物化学的教学与科研工作,讲授本科生《药物化学》、研究生《高等有机化学》等课程。

现为暨南大学药物化学专业硕士研究生指导教师,中药化学专业博士生指导教师。已毕业硕士和博士研究生57人,在读博士生2人,硕士生7人。在已毕业的研究生中,大部分在国内医药企业或高等学校工作并成长为业务骨干。

主要研究方向:

1.  新型抗感染药物的设计与合成: 针对细菌抗生素耐药问题,研究新型细菌生物膜抑制剂;新型抗持留菌药物;慢性伤口感染药物;抗菌药物新靶标研究等;

2.  天然活性化合物的结构修饰与活性先导物发现:已开展天然活性化合物如:一叶萩碱、白桦酸、木豆素、沙蟾毒精、小檗碱、川芎嗪等结构修饰,发现了一批具有更优活性的新化合物。

2.  国家自然科学基金(81673336):基于木豆素为抗菌先导物的抗耐药菌感染药物设计与合成,60万,2017/01-2020/12,项目负责人;

3.  广东省自然科学基金重点项目(2014A030311021), 以木豆素为先导化合物的新型抗菌药物的设计与合成,30万元,2014/10-2016/09,在研,项目负责人;

4.  国家自然科学基金(81273362):一叶萩型生物碱二聚体的仿生合成及其抗肿瘤作用研究,70万,2013/01-2016/12,项目负责人;
