孙晗笑

孙晗笑,女,博士,教授,现任基因组药物研究所所长、生物制药系主任、药物毒理学教研室主任。先后主持国家863计划项目、国家自然科学基金、国家国际合作项目、省自然科学基金等科研项目20余项,发表科研论文近100篇,近五年发表SCI论文20余篇。申请专利30余项。2006年、2007年分别以第一获奖人获得中华医学奖三等奖以及广东省科学技术奖二等奖。主编出版的《转基因技术理论与应用》获国家优秀科技图书二等奖。2007年获中华全国归国华侨科技创新人才奖

回国后研发的重组vMIP已获生物I类新药临床批文,并主持完成该新药的I期和IIa期临床研究。近年的研究主要集中在sir2家族基因的抗衰老研究,目前该研究项目已和公司合作进行生物I类新药研发。该项目的双基因Rt-sirt2/4-Tet-nap质粒DNA预期可用于衰老相关疾病治疗。
