李正球

李正球,博士,副研究员. 19817月出生,2010年毕业于中科院广州化学研究所,获理学博士学位;2010年至2015年在新加坡国立大学化学系从事博士后研究工作。20159月加入暨南大学药学院,从事教学科研工作。

主要研究方向:目前集中于活性导向蛋白谱学分析技术(ABPP)的发展与改进,并促进该方法在小分子抑制剂筛选与靶标鉴定方面的应用。采用改进的ABPP方法结合生物成像技术,开展了多个化合物库的筛选及临床药物、天然产物在细胞与动物组织中的靶标解析,为活性先导化合物发现与相关药物作用机制研究提供信息基础与技术支持。同时发展了系列分子探针用于癌症、凋亡标志物的检测,为癌症早期诊断与治疗提供基础。现承担国家自然科学基金、广东省及广州市科技计划项目等科研项目。获得第二十一届中国药学会-施维雅青年药物化学奖。目前已在J. Am. Chem. SocAngew. Chem. Int. Ed., J. Med. Chem等重要专业期刊发表SCI论文18篇,获批中国发明专利3项,申请美国和中国专利各1项。
