男,博士,研究员。2009年毕业于The Ohio State University药理学专业获得博士学位,2009年加入Mayo Clinic Cancer Center从事博士后研究工作,2017年入职暨南大学药学院。已在Nature,Molecular Cell,Nature Communications, Genes & Development,Cancer Research等国际高水平期刊发表SCI论文22篇(其中第一作者7篇),总影响因子接近200分。研究成果得到Science Daily,FIGO和The Journal of Precision Medicine等20多家国际主流媒体的关注和报道,得到国际同行的高度认可并提交美国专利申请2项。

1.研究方向 

主要通过在分子水平细胞水平、动物模型以及临床标本等层面上研究DNA损伤应答通路、肿瘤耐药及转移的关键信号通路,以期对多种恶性肿瘤的临床治疗提供理论依据。

2. 主要学术成绩

1) 确认CDK4/6-DUB3-Snail1通路作为三阴性乳腺癌转移的干预治疗靶点 (Nature Communications 第一作者)

2)鉴定胰腺癌以及乳腺癌等肿瘤呈现敏感或耐药的分子开关蛋白HEATR1 (Cancer Research第一作者)

3) 阐明了去乙酰化酶SIRT1介导的去乙酰化修饰在调控DNA 损伤应答以及能量代谢通路的重要作用 (Molecular Cell 第一作者)

上述研究均为首次发现。这些研究发现极大地丰富了对恶性肿瘤耐药以及转移过程的认识, 揭示了肿瘤耐药和转移过程的内在分子生物学机制, 为相关疾病的诊治提供了可能的分子靶点和科学依据。

作为课题负责人,获得中国自然科学基金面上项目1项(SIRT1-USP29-Twist1轴诱导EMT调控乳腺癌肿瘤干细胞干性、转移及耐药的研究 81773758)。
