黄晓君,理学博士,天然药物化学专业,副研究员、硕士生导师。20039月毕业于天津中医药大学中药学专业,获学士学位;20106月毕业于中国药科大学,获博士学位。2010720156月,先后完成暨南大学和澳门大学博士后研究工作,20157月正式入职暨南大学药学院工作,先后任讲师、副研究员。

一直从事中药和天然药物的活性成分研究工作,已先后从女贞子、黑水银莲花、林荫银莲花、何首乌等药用植物中分离并鉴定了包括裂环环烯醚萜及其苷类、三萜及皂苷、黄酮、二苯乙烯苷等多种结构类型的200余种天然产物,其中新化合物50余个,在天然药物化学研究领域具丰富的研究经验。近年来,工作重点逐渐聚焦于计算化学方法在药物化学研究领域中的应用,利用量子化学计算方法,完成60余个分属不同骨架类型的天然产物的绝对构型进行了研究,通过计算CDORNMR等方法确定了这些缺乏单晶数据、含量低、骨架结构新颖的化合物的绝对构型,为具类似骨架结构化合物的绝对构型的确定提供了参考。先后承担国家及省部级项目5项,参与国家级课题15项;已发表SCI收录论文104(第一作者或通讯作者论文18)
